Shipping Policy

At Small Steps Budgeting, we are committed to preparing and shipping your orders with care and attention to detail.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within the timeframe listed on each product. Because many of our items are handmade, processing times may vary depending on order volume and product type.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information (if applicable). Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Small Steps Budgeting is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Small Steps Budgeting is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find a resolution.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

For international orders, delivery times may vary significantly. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
