At Small Steps Budgeting, we take pride in creating quality, handmade products designed to support your budgeting journey. Due to the nature of our items, we have the following policy in place.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review all product descriptions, photos, and details carefully before completing your purchase.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Many of our products are handmade from scratch. While we strive for consistency and quality, slight variations in size, color, cutting, laminating, or design may occur. These minor differences are not considered defects and are part of the handmade process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include clear photos of:

• The damaged item
• The packaging
• Any visible defects

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can correct the issue.

Digital Products (If Applicable)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help before the order is processed.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or shipping issues caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details, including shipping address and product selections, are correct before completing the purchase.
